Mr. McClelland's employment law practice largely involves his representation of employees who have been the victims of discrimination that is prohibited by various laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
