Mr. McClelland's employment law practice largely involves his representation of employees who have been the victims of discrimination that is prohibited by various laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. He has also handled wage and hour disputes and Family and Medical Leave Act issues. Mr. McClelland additionally advocates on behalf of people who have been harmed as the result of the negligence of other parties. The types of cases that he has handled have involved truck and other motor vehicle crashes, construction site and oil field accidents, Jones Act and other Maritime matters, premises liability and animal bites.
