Potentially I would receive ten points on my license however, Kevin was able to speak with the prosecutor. The prosecutor was not willing to amend the speeding ticket nor allow a no contests plea. Kevin argued on my behalf with the judge and was able to get the judge to amend the reckless driving to a no point offense and a no contest plea on the speeding ticket. Ten points reduce to zero points. A very good outcome.
