Daniel Shamy, Esq., Senior Managing Partner spent a great deal of his career as an attorney building and representing Shamy, El Fadel & Mahone, PLLC Clients in complex civil litigation matters, including but not limited to, complex business litigation, commercial litigation, partnership/shareholder disputes, contract disputes, and business dissolution/disassociation. His experience in these foregoing areas of commercial law have afforded him unparalleled experience in preparing transactional agreements, such as complex partnership formational instruments, complex and simple transactional agreements, employment or independent contractor agreements, arm's length agreements, and other forms of transactional instruments.

Tina El Fadel, Esq., Managing Partner, has assisted Shamy, El Fadel & Mahone, PLLC Clients in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, foreclosure litigation, sexual harassment, intellectual property litigation, complex business litigation, and civil litigation. Tina El Fadel is a very experienced trial lawyer, and has since transitioned her focus to become a very successful attorney in the practice of family law, including but not limited to, divorce, child custody / visitation, establishment of paternity, father's rights, creating or modifying parenting plans, parental relocation disputes, restraining orders, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, stepparent adoption, child support and alimony.

Anastasia J. Mahone, Esq., Partner, assists Shamy, El Fadel & Mahone, PLLC Clients of the firm in matters related to family law including but not limited to divorce, child custody / visitation, establishment of paternity, father's rights, creating or modifying parenting plans, parental relocation disputes, restraining orders, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, step parent adoption, child support and alimony. Anastasia J.
