He also represents employers and employees in the drafting and litigation of employment agreements and non-compete/non-solicitation agreements.
Mr. Clark is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received a Bachelor of Science in 2001. After obtaining a Master of Science in finance from The University of Alabama in 2002, he enrolled at The University of Alabama School of Law, graduating in 2005 with his Juris Doctor. Prior to opening Clark Law Firm in 2017, Mr. Clark spent several years at a well-known Birmingham firm, where he handled complex business litigation and transactions. Admitted to practice in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida, Mr. Clark is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
Throughout his career, Mr. Clark has earned the respect of his colleagues for his track record and high degree of ethics.
