Top-Quality Advocacy And Support For Your Divorce In Boulder

I am attorney Carol Glassman, and from my law office in Boulder, Colorado, Carol Glassman, P.C., I devote my time and resources to helping families through some of the toughest and most challenging times in their lives.
Focusing solely on family law and divorce, my law firm and I represent clients throughout Boulder County and the surrounding areas who need compassionate, effective assistance and support as they work to reach agreements regarding child custody and support, property division, alimony and all other related matters.

The Right Approach To Reaching Agreements

As your attorney, I want to help you resolve your conflicts and come to terms on the issues that will affect your life, as well as your children's lives, for years to come.

In order to accomplish this, I will get to know you and your family so that I can fully understand your situation. I will then offer the solid, dependable advice you need to make the best informed decisions about the matters that affect your case.

Although I always try to foster an environment of empathy and cooperation to help you reach agreements outside the courtroom, I will aggressively advocate on your behalf in court when necessary. In all cases, the best interests of you and your children are my top priority, and I will work hard to help you achieve the best solutions possible for your situation.

Puts on a great show but will leave you desolate. Run from Glassman. If she was ever a good attorney she is not now. She is not even a good human being.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
