Working with this firm was a very pleasant experience. My case was settled swiftly with the help of Dan Beebe who was very professional and kind.

5.0 out of 5 stars

I give the law firm of Beebe And O'Neil a five star rating as Daniel Beebe did an exceptional job for a car accident I had 3 years ago. My case never even went to court which I thought for sure was going to happen. Attorney Dan Beebe had a lot of patience with me over the last three years while he was fighting my case as I was dealing with many personal issues. I would recommend this law firm especially Attorney Daniel Beebe to help with any personal injury case.

I highly recommend Atty Dan Beebe and give him five stars as he successfully settled my claim without going to court. The settlement I received was much more than I expected. He and his staff are thorough and efficient. They take the time to get to know you and the facts in your case. I have also recently consulted Atty Beebe on another legal matter which he guided me through. I would very highly recommend Atty. Beebe and the Law Offices of Beebe and Oneil

Demanded a pretty large retainer, then gave us little or no feedback as to progress. Refused to provide a detailed account of his hours. Not recommended.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
