A complete waste of time. I hired them and explained to them I have no income and am unable to get medicaid until the application is filed. I did everything asked of me. When the application was finally filled out over the phone with me they said they just needed me to sign something and it would be sent to me and when I sent it back they would be able to file the application only instead of that, what I got In the mail was a letter stating that they were not going to represent me without any reason why. I called them to ask and find out why but I was put on hold forever only to be told my case manager was unable to take my call and got no answer. All I got was a number for n.o.s.s.c.r hence the half star. Now I have to start over and still don't have medicaid. Would not recommend wasting time when this process already takes long enough.

So far the communication consists of getting correspondence directly from social security with out a phone call from the office as to what the next step is. No notice of what they are doing for you. If you do not call them to ask what is happening, you will know nothing. Even with a phone call they say fill out the form, send it back social security and wait to see what happens next. My wife will be bankrupt, we will be homeless and she will most likely be dead before they actually do anything.
