Think twice before depending upon Adair Buckner for legal help. I have never encountered a greater combination of uselessness, indifference, and incompetence. I contracted with her for a simple transfer of title to property from an inheritance. Despite being given the property?s legal description and location in the will, she was unable to even find the county?s record of it. Subsequently, at additional expense, I hired an independent third party who found the records within a day. After forwarding that information to her, she was incredibly still unable to effect transfer of title according to the provisions of the will. Consequently, she performed no service whatsoever. I left messages with her assistant to have Ms. Buckner contact me directly to discuss the problems with their lack of progress. She never did. Despite this utter absence of ANY performance, she felt justified to keep over $1200 as a non-refundable retainer. I guess that?s the only part of being a lawyer that she knows. After this utter waste of time and money with Adair Buckner, I engaged an experienced lawyer who had no difficulty in transferring title of the property in accordance with my grandmother?s will.

She is a lifesaver. Needed to probate Mom?s will to sell the house. Excellent communication & great job.
