I was wrongly accused of a misdemeanor and arrested. I reached out to Trish Espeland at AD&B. At our first meeting she listened attentively, paid attention to detail and immediately went to work. Trish took the reins and did exactly what was needed, being mindful of my related civil case and the need to coordinate efforts with the civil attorney so as to avoid unintended consequences in either case. I was impressed with Trish's ability to navigate the legal waters and implement strategy and tactics that led promptly to a dismissal. I hope to never need a criminal defense attorney in the future, however if I do, I'll be calling AD&B to ask for Trish Espeland.

After comparison and well verse analysis I find Mr. Michael rude the right lawyer to represent me .Since my biggest concern was impact of charge on my immigration visa, Mr. Rude understand the gravity and was able to make a plea bargain with the prosecutor and amend the charges to lesser degree that doesn't effect my current visa .
