Krista Wallace is a graduate of William & Mary Law School and is licensed to practice law in Virginia. Prior to joining Alan Lescht and Associates, Krista worked on employment discrimination and civil rights cases as a Legal Fellow with the law firm, Bernabei & Kabat. During law school, Krista spent two semesters with the Lewis B. Puller, Jr. Veterans Benefits Clinic, where she assisted veterans in appealing denials of applications for medical benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs. She also interned with the United States Department of Justice in the Disability Rights Section, where she worked on discrimination cases under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Krista graduated summa cum laude from the University at Albany’s Honors College. She has worked as a direct service provider to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and has volunteered for Big Brothers, Big Sisters and the America Reads Program.

Admission to the District of Columbia Bar is pending. District of Columbia practice is currently limited to providing legal services to members of the public solely before a special court, department or agency of the United States.
