Fallon completed her undergraduate studies at Wayne State University. Upon completion of her Bachelor's degree, she attended Wayne State University Law School the following Fall to obtain her Juris Doctorate degree. While in law school, Fallon participated in the law school's Free Legal Aid Clinic, as well as the Disability Law Clinic, aiding those in need of legal services in the Detroit area. In 2010, Fallon received the Carl Ziemba Memorial Scholarship for public service.
