Jennifer is an accomplished and pragmatic advisor to public and private clients on a variety of business, employment, and environmental law matters. Jennifer has experience in civil litigation and arbitration matters.
Jennifer joined Bayne Law from the Princeton office of a large AmLaw 100 law firm where her practice involved representation of a primary defendant in one of the largest environmental lawsuits ever filed in the State of New Jersey, and other commercial litigation matters. She also previously worked for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation as Counsel to the Division of Solid & Hazardous Materials, as a student law clerk to the Chief Administrative Judge in the Supreme Court of New York, Albany County, and represented clients in private practice in New York.
A graduate of Albany Law School of Union University in 1998, Jennifer received the highest environmental law award at graduation, the Gary M. Peck Award, served as an Associate Editor for the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology, and participated in intra-school Moot Court competitions. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany in Russian Language. Jennifer has also studied at the Harvard Extension School and trained professionally with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research. Jennifer maintains a working fluency in French and Russian.
Jennifer has presented domestically and internationally on attorney ethics & professionalism, environmental and climate change law, and international human rights law topics, including those with business law implications. Jennifer’s publication, Silent Spring +55: The Human Right to a Clean Environment was published by Environs, the environmental law and policy journal of the University of California Davis School of Law.
Jennifer is the President Emeritus of the Princeton Bar Association, where she successfully ran the organization for 3 years among her local peers. She is committed to several humanitarian causes and community involvement, and regularly engages in international business and philanthropic travel around the world.
Jennifer is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Northern and Southern Districts of New York.
