Law Firm Overview
At Law Offices of Peter M. Hsiao, every case we take in is personally handled by myself. You hired this firm because you want me, the attorney to represent your interests. I do not pass the file off to a paralegal or a representative to work the claim. I make sure I am available in making or at least participating in every decision or strategy that affects your case.
Every case is different and every injury is different. Each case is given their due attention. We explain the process of filing a workers' compensation claim to the injury worker and constantly apprise them of the options going forward. No decision is made without first discussing the issues at hand with the client.
I am committed to providing every client with quality effective legal representation. For the last ten years I represented several insurance carriers/employers defending workers' compensation claims brought against them. The experience of representing insurance carriers/employers has allowed me to gain a broad perspective on how both sides deal with a workers compensation claim. I understand the different motivations driving these claims and how each side tries to advance their positions.
