In November, 1999 he accepted appointment to the Monroe County District Attorney's Office. As an assistant district attorney he represented the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in thousands of criminal matters ranging from summary traffic violations to capital murder trials. In 2002, Donald M. Leeth entered private practice with the firm of Primrose, Lyons & Quigley, a general practice firm located in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.

In 2004, Donald M. Leeth opened his own law office in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. He is dedicated to building strong relationships with his clients to ease the stress and uncertainty of the legal process.
