Ms. Rubin frequently submits briefs to the Ohio Supreme Court on behalf of injured workers, and she received the Amicus Curiae Award from the Ohio Association for Justice for her efforts. From 2021 to 2022, she worked as a Senior Judicial Attorney for Justice Melody Stewart at the Ohio Supreme Court, where she helped draft judicial opinions. Ms. Rubin has been named a Rising Star in Ohio Super Lawyers and has lectured and taught in both workers’ compensation and Social Security law.
A graduate and former adjunct professor at the Ohio State University, she lives with her husband and two children in Columbus, Ohio.
