Ray Bonnabeau is a partner with the firm and serves as chair of the Information Technology and eCommerce Practice Group.
Since 1995, Ray's practice has been exclusively in the IT and eCommerce fields. The majority of his clients are large to mid-sized highly regulated entities in the healthcare, financial and insurance industries. While his focus is on representing the user or acquirer of IT, he also represents providers of technology from an eCommerce and licensing perspective.
Ray frequently serves as lead counsel to strategize and negotiate agreements in"mission critical” engagements. Ray has drafted and negotiated hundreds of IT and eCommerce agreements, including multiple eight figure agreements, for internationally, nationally and regionally recognized organizations. His practice includes a full range of potential IT and eCommerce agreements, including without limitation:
