Remembering his early years working in steel mills, on the railroad and in the heavy construction trades ("it was hot, often nasty work"), Ken Allen has chosen to work with other solid men of character who know the meaning of a hard day's labor: partner Bryan Bradley's father worked for many years as a big rig truck driver, and partner Brock Alvarado, whose father also toiled in the steel mills, know first hand the value of hard work.
