Three days into jury trial in the District of Minnesota, the case settled for a $125 million payment to Insignia and a business deal granting it a 10-year exclusive right to market its product in a national retail network
  • Esfand participated in an investigation of publicly traded financial services company regarding allegations of money laundering violations and wire fraud
  • He also obtained a favorable settlement for a pre-trial detainee in Cook County Jail who alleged an unconstitutional denial of access to cancer diagnosis and treatment facilities
