A. Nicholas Naiser was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He attended the University of Louisville's College of Business, where he was named the College's Most Outstanding Graduate during his senior year. During college, Nick worked for Robert Haddad, one of Louisville's most well-respected criminal defense attorneys.
After college, Nick enrolled at the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. During law school, Nick was a member of the University of Louisville Law Review and was eventually published in the Law Review. He also received the book awards for the highest grade in nine of his law school classes, and ultimately graduated first in his class of over one hundred graduates.
After graduating from law school, Nick began working at one of Kentucky’s largest law firms. He frequently represented insurance companies for trucking companies and product manufacturers in personal injury lawsuits. He also practiced in the area of business litigation.
Nick enjoyed his time at the law firm but felt the need to represent the interests of people who were legitimately harmed by others. To that end, he left the law firm, and opened the Naiser Law Office. Nick also established an "Of Counsel" relationship with the Bolus Law Offices. Nick currently concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury and employment litigation.
Nick has found his experience working as a defense attorney to be invaluable in pursuing claims against insurance companies on behalf of his injured clients. Nick has obtained a number of favorable results for his clients, including most recently the largest recorded dental malpractice jury verdict in Kentucky.
In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and their two dogs. Nick has also sat on the board of directors of the Epilepsy Foundation of Kentuckiana and served as a member of the University of Louisville's College of Business Alumni Council.
