Naiser, A. Nicholas
A. Nicholas Naiser was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He attended the University of Louisville's College of Business, where he was named the College's Most Outstanding Graduate during his senior year. During college, Nick worked for Robert Haddad, one of Louisville's most well-respected criminal defense attorneys.
After college, Nick enrolled at the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. He was a member of the University of Louisville Law Review and was eventually published in the Law Review. He also received the book awards for the highest grade in nine of his law school classes, including medical malpractice. During his two summer breaks from law school, Nick worked at two of Kentucky's largest law firms. Nick graduated first in his class of over one hundred graduates.
After taking the bar exam, Nick began working at the law firm where he spent the prior summer. He frequently defended trucking companies and product manufacturers in personal injury lawsuits. He also practiced in the area of business and fiduciary litigation.
Nick enjoyed his time at the law firm but felt the need to represent the interests of people who were legitimately harmed by others. To that end, he left the law firm, and opened the Naiser Law Office. Nick also established an "Of Counsel" relationship with the Bolus Law Offices. Nick currently concentrates his practice in the areas of plaintiff personal injury litigation and plaintiff employment litigation. Nick has found his experience working as a defense attorney to be invaluable in pursuing claims on behalf of his injured clients.
In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife Erin, and their two dogs, Mario and Fiona. Nick has also sat on the board of directors of the Epilepsy Foundation of Kentuckiana and served as a member of the University of Louisville's College of Business Alumni Council.
