Diana Revzin

Diana Revzin is a member of the New York County Lawyer’s Association and is admitted to practice in New York’s Easter and Southern District Courts.

Ms. Revzin began her career in a law firm where she assisted with all aspects of personal and corporate bankruptcies including Chapter 7, 11, & 13 filings, and adversary proceedings.

Thereafter, Ms. Revzin spent three years at a financial service company where she developed legal expertise through involvement in numerous complex matters. She dealt with a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions involving corporate law, contract law and negotiation, computer and technology law, regulatory compliance, and employment law.

Ms. Revzin is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law where she received a Juris Doctor in May, 2006. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pace University in May, 2003, with honors.
