Law Firm Overview

At the Law Office of Michael Ditchik, our goal is to look out for your best interests, whether that means protecting your children, your property, your retirement, dealing with child support issues, maintenance, etc.   We understand that going through a divorce or other type of family law proceeding can be an extremely emotional and difficult time.  We understand that each case is unique and that each client has very different needs and concerns.  We strive to maintain a consistently high level of service for all our clients and, at the same time, address those individual needs. We believe in keeping the client well informed regarding all aspects of his or her case, as a well informed client is better able to take an active part in the litigation process.

We also recognize that many clients are justifiably concerned about legal fees and costs. With this in mind, we work with you to strike a balance between handling a case in the most effective manner, while at the same time discouraging unnecessary or ineffective litigation. We do our best to keep our fees reasonable and consistent with the client's means, while maintaining the professional level of service all clients expect and deserve.

At the Law Office of Michael Ditchik, we are committed to keeping ourselves up to date in both the legal and technical realms.  We maintain the latest software and technical updates for a family law devoted practice.  We also receive periodic case reports for recent family law court decisions.  This means that our clients can count on us not only to have the latest court forms, but also to have up to date information on those court decisions that may apply to them.

The cost of an initial consultation is $100, which is collected at the time of the consultation. There is no obligation to retain our services beyond this point. The purpose of the initial meeting is to answer your questions and explain the various options available to you, so you can make an informed decision about how to proceed.

The Law Office of Michael Ditchik proudly serves Seattle and all of South King County.  We are located in Kent off of West Valley Highway, across the street from Boeing in the Centerpoint office complex.
