Norma Edmiston is the chief financial officer for the firm. She oversees the firm’s financial operations worldwide, which include financial reporting and analysis, accounting, budgeting, tax, partner compensation accounting and reporting, billing and collection function, accounts payable and payroll. As the chief financial officer, her main objective is to set the direction for the financial organization and to work with senior management to achieve the firm’s objectives.

Ms. Edmiston has significant executive experience in the fields of finance and administration. She began her career in Public Accounting at KPMG , followed by a number of increasingly challenging financial and administrative positions at The McGraw-Hill Companies. In 2001 she joined McKinsey and Company, where she was promoted to Controller. Most recently, she was the Chief Financial Officer at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
