Mr. Jenson was admitted to the Utah State Bar in May, 2005. Current areas of practice include commercial litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, creditor rights, collections, and municipal law.
EDUCATION
Mr. Jenson received a B.A. in Political Science from Utah State University in 1998, M.B.A. with emphasis in information systems from the University of Utah in 2002, and a J.D. from Willamette University, graduating in December 2004. At Willamette University, Mr. Jenson wrote for Willamette Law Online in the intellectual property section. Mr. Jenson completed his last year of law school at Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School, during which time he worked as a research assistant for Professor Michael Goldsmith researching Federal sentencing guidelines, and for Professor Lynn D. Wardle researching contemporary family law issues. During law school, Mr. Jenson also completed the Summer Law Program at the East China University of Politics and Law in Shanghai, China, where he studied Chinese law.
