Harvey Alford and Donald J. Bertrand established the Watertown law firm of Alford & Bertrand in 1979. Today the firm has additional offices in Mattapan, Lynn and Quincy to conveniently serve our clients. We offer legal services with an emphasis on personal injury cases, including medical malpractice as well as bankruptcy, immigration, discrimination, divorce and domestic relations, landlord/tenant law, and business organizations.

A licensed, experienced attorney handles each case from start to finish. We do not use paralegals. With five attorneys and a support staff of four, the size of our office allows us to get to know our clients and tailor our services to their individual needs. When you seek our help, you will work directly with your attorney. A receptionist or an attorney personally takes every phone message. Your call will be returned within 24 hours if your attorney is not available at the time of your call.
