Gordon practices in both the District and Circuit courts of Maryland. Gordon represents clients in Montgomery, Prince George's, Frederick, Howard, Anne Arundel, and Washington Counties. He has experience in criminal defense law, foreclosure defense law, and in the drafting and execution of wills and medical directives.

Among others, Gordon has worked for the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office, the Illinois Attorney General's Office, and as clerk to a private defense attorney. He has assisted with the preparation of a first-degree murder case, felony cases, and dozens of misdemeanor cases.

Gordon was born in Washington, DC and raised in Bethesda, MD. He graduated from Walt Whitman High School where he was a varsity swimmer.

Gordon received his undergraduate degree from The Colorado College and his law degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. During law school, he was the recipient of a CALI award in Remedies, given to the top-performing student as judged by that student's professor. He argued in the annual Dean Herzog appellate-advocacy competition, advancing to the second round of oral arguments and receiving high marks for his written brief. Gordon has also received advanced trial advocacy training.
