John P. Bues, Esq. is a senior associate at the firm with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, construction and real estate litigation.

Mr. Bues has successfully represented clients in numerous complex proceedings in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitrations. His practice includes construction contract disputes, lien foreclosure actions, insurance coverage matters, property damage claims arising out of construction projects, joint venture disputes, corporate shareholder derivative actions, corporate dissolution proceedings, misappropriation of trade secrets, mortgage workouts and foreclosures, bar-claim actions, employment law matters (for both management and labor) and landlord-tenant proceedings.

Mr. Bues has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict and has succeeded in upholding trial verdicts on appeal.

Mr. Bues also represented clients in numerous commercial and residential real estate closings, lease negotiations, the purchase and sale of business assets, drafting shareholder agreements, operating agreements and joint venture agreements, facilitating SBA and IDA funding, and the purchase and sale of franchises.
