Lawyer Overview

Nick’s practice focuses on taxation, estate planning, and trusts and estates. He earned his LL.M. in Taxation and J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. He also earned his B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida.

While in law school, Nick was actively involved with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, serving as one of the project’s leaders in 2007 and 2008. He also worked as an intern for the Small Business/Self- Employed division of the Internal Revenue Service in the Miami, Florida, office. Additionally, Nick served as an intern for the Economic Crimes Unit of the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.

As a student at the University of Notre Dame, Nick not only hit the books a lot — he also spent three years doing a bit of hitting as a member of the Notre Dame Boxing Club and a participant in Bengal Bouts. He helped the club raise thousands of dollars annually for the Holy Cross Missions in Bangladesh and is proud to say he is “one of the many strong who have fought so that the weak may be nourished.” He is also an avid Notre Dame football fan, having attended every home game while he was at South Bend, Indiana.
