Law Firm Overview

Aside from college and law school, David and Matthew have lived in Polk County their entire lives. After law school both lawyers worked for 3 years at the Polk County State Attorney's Office where they prosecuted misdemeanors and felonies of all types. Together they have over 20 years of courtroom experience handling criminal cases and have conducted over 130 jury trials. David and Matthew have helped falsely accused people at jury trial be acquitted of charges ranging from DUI to thefts to 1st degree murder.

By attending seminars, reading legal publications, and belonging to various legal organizations the attorneys in the Kaylor Law Group make sure they are always current on all laws and rulings that could affect your case. David and Matthew come from a family of lawyers so the law truly is in their blood.
