At our office, we understand the stress and anxiety that come with a personal or business bankruptcy filing. When you have uncertainties about the consequences of a bankruptcy or whether you will be able to accomplish your objectives, you want prompt answers to your questions.

At our office, attorney Bruner works hard to be available every day of the week. He personally handles every case and works directly with you, with the bankruptcy trustee and with the court. We will prepare and file all documents required throughout the bankruptcy process and will represent you in any hearings or other proceedings with creditors, the trustee or the court.

In his years of practice, attorney Bruner has served as a trustee in the bankruptcy court and has been the chair of the creditors' committee. He has a comprehensive understanding of how the bankruptcy process works and know how to minimize any impediments to completing the bankruptcy process.

Our Practice

We handle all matters related to bankruptcy filings for individuals and business owners, including filings under Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11. We will help you determine whether you qualify to discharge your debt under Chapter 7, or whether your recourse is the reorganization of your debt. If you qualify for protection under Chapter 7, we will help you understand which debts can be discharged, as well as which assets you can exclude from sale. In reorganization proceedings, we will be your advocate in all dealings with creditors, the trustee and the court, helping you put together a reorganization plan that is within your means.
