Lawyer Overview

Jaime Chase’s practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including all aspects of corporate governance, compliance with federal securities laws and stock exchange listing standards, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and various other corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Jaime served as Associate General Counsel for Stanley, Inc., a Virginia-based government IT contractor, where she focused on general corporate, tax and securities matters, including corporate governance, securities offerings, compliance with federal securities laws and compliance with state and local tax laws.

In addition to being a lawyer, Jaime is a certified public accountant and was a senior tax consultant at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
