Lawyer Overview

Robert Berlin advises clients on medical device matters with a particular focus on investigations and manufacturing issues.

Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson, Robert was a Christine Mirzayan Fellow at the National Academies for the Committee on Science, Technology, and Law. While in school he served as a research assistant to several professors in the Schools of Law and Public Health and also received first place in the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section Writing Competition while in law school. Prior to his time in law and public health schools, Robert worked at Antigenics Inc., a biotech company in the Boston area, in the clinical and market development groups.
