Kristine Ann Cummings is a graduate of Boston College Law School (J.D., 2007) and Temple University (B.A., summa cum laude, 2004). During law school, Kristine served as a clerk at the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General and with the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.

Kristine engages in all aspects of probate and family law, including divorce, custody, modification, child support, domestic violence, paternity and guardianship matters. She is actively involved with the Family Law Sections of the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and Women's Bar Association of Massachusetts.

Kristine represents victims of domestic violence through the Women's Bar Foundation as well as provides legal assistance to low-income residents of Greater Boston through the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association. The Women's Bar Foundation honored Kristine in 2008 for her work with the Family Law Project for Battered Women.
