Robert L. Firth is an experienced bankruptcy lawyer who has helped many people find solutions to difficult debt challenges, including chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy filings, loan modifications and credit repair.  In addition to his vast experience in bankruptcy and debt relief services, Mr. Firth represents a number of local business owners in general business law matters, including business formations, corporate record keeping and employment agreements. Attorney Firth is also experienced in estate planning and probate, and real estate transactions, including 1031 exchanges. 

During his career, Mr. Firth served in the federal government as a Trial Attorney at the United States Department of Justice, Deputy Director of the White House Conference on Small Business and Special Assistant to the Associate Director of the Small Business Administration.

Robert. L. Firth received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Virginia and his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers. He is a member of the bar in California and Missouri (inactive) and is a former member in good standing of the bar in Wisconsin and the District of Columbia. He is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. 

Attorney Firth is also a licensed real estate broker in California, a member of the California Desert Association of Realtors and past chairman of the Desert Area Commercial Information Exchange.
