Lawyer Overview

Jordan Flake is an associate attorney at Bowler Dixon & Twitchell LLP. He counsels clients in the areas of business, estate and personal financial planning. He also represents clients in estate, commercial and appellate litigation matters. Mr. Flake has significant litigation and appellate litigation experience, including the preparation of significant appellate briefs to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, state court motion work, and counseling clients with estate planning needs. Jordan earned his undergraduate degree in English at Brigham Young University in 2003. In 2006, he received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan where he served as an editor of the Journal of Law Reform. Prior to graduating from Michigan, Jordan worked as a summer intern for law firms in Los Angeles and Dallas. He also served as a summer clerk for the Honorable Judge Lloyd D. George of the United States District Court, District of Nevada. 

Mr. Flake is a member of the Nevada State Bar and the Clark County Bar Association. He is also a volunteer speaker for Society for Financial Awareness. Mr. Flake is also fluent in Spanish.
