Mr. Holt then received his Master of Laws in Taxation from the prestigious graduate tax program at the University of Florida in 1998. Mr. Holt has practiced law in Nevada since 1998, and was previously associated with the law firm of Woods Erickson Whitaker & Miles LLP in Henderson, Nevada. Mr. Holt is licensed in Nevada (inactive) as well as Utah, where Mr. Holt has practiced law since 2008.
