The Wells Law Group was established to assist Florida's families and businesses in disputes with insurance companies. Our insurance attorneys help people or businesses when their insurance company fails to live up to its promises to its insureds. Our goal is to maximize the recovery for our clients to ensure that they obtain everything the insurance company promised them in the policy.   In injury cases, we assist injured persons when another's  insurer fails to adequately compensate them or their family. We believe that effective representation is based upon our understanding of, and responsiveness to, our clients' expectations, needs, and communications.
