Since we formed our law firm in 1988, Bachner & Associates, P.C. has dedicated its practice to securities litigation and white collar criminal defense. Our principal attorneys have significant litigation and trial experience as both plaintiff's and defense counsel. Both partners were formerly in-house lawyers for New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) member brokerage firms. They bring an insider's perspective to each litigation matter.
