Cindy Chien's practice encompasses a wide range of civil and criminal litigation, patent, banking, and general corporate matters.

While in law school, Cindy served as a research assistant at the National Taiwan University's Asian Center for WTO & International Health Law and Policy. During this time she acquired experience working with the Department of Health relating to Taiwan's participation in the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control. She is a member of the Taipei Bar Association.
