Mr. Yang obtained his LL.M. degree at National Taiwan University in 2010. While in law school, Yang served as the research assistant at Asian Center for WTO & International Health Law and Policy, therefore had the experience of providing the legal advise to Bureau of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Economic Affairs; Bureau of International Cooperation, Department of Health and Bureau of Medical Affairs, Department of Health. In addition to that, Yang also participated in the research projects of amending the Bankruptcy Act and Debt Clearing Act, Culture and Arts Reward Act, and developing the ethical education in domestic law schools.
Furthermore, Yang was also the chief editor of two English journals, Asian Journal of WTO & International Health Law and Policy and Contemporary Asia Arbitration Journal. Yang also participated in the WTO Moot Court Competition held by European Law Students Association as the team member and as the team coach, and respectively won the fifth place (in 2006) and the runner-up (in 2008) in the Grand Final. During serving the military service, Mr. Yang served the judicial service in Judicial Yuan, Department of Clerks for the Justices of the Constitutional Court, in which he handled numerous petitions for constitutional interpretation for the Justices of the Constitutional Court.
