Lawyer Overview

Luca Allevi's practice is concentrated in labor and employment matters, advising clients on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and noncontentious, including employment and agency agreements.

Luca has experience in transactional labor issues in the context of transfers of undertakings, collective dismissals, and corporate restructurings.  He also has gained considerable know-how on the handling of labor and employment law due diligence processes.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Luca worked at Tax and Legal Services (a member of PriceWaterhouseCoopers), as well as Studio Pirola, Pennuto e Zei Associati.
