Lawyer Overview

Luca's practice is concentrated in labor & employment matters. He advises clients on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and noncontentious, including employment and agency agreements.

Luca also has experience in transactional labor issues in the context of transfers of undertakings, collective dismissals, and corporate restructurings; and he has gained considerable know-how on the handling of labor & employment law due diligence processes.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Luca worked at Tax and Legal Services (a member of PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and previously to that at Studio Pirola, Pennuto e Zei Associati.
