Lawyer Overview

Mr. Cash is an associate in the Mass Torts Department of the Pensacola, Florida law firm of Levin, Papantonio, Thomas, Mitchell, Eschner & Proctor, P.A.  He takes great pride in representing everyday people who have been hurt through the wrongdoing of others, and finds great satisfaction in helping these citizens petition the courts for justice.  Mr. Cash believes the American system of law and government is the greatest in the world and feels privileged to open the courthouse door to all.

During his career at Capital University Law School, Mr. Cash took his team to the final round of the first-year moot court competition and then twice represented the school in interscholastic competitions on its National Moot Court Team.  He also served two years on the Capital University Law Review, including one year on the executive board as Research Editor.  Also during law school, he completed internships with the Hon. U.S. Circuit Judge Jeffrey S. Sutton and the Hon. U.S. District Judge Algenon L. Marbley, as well as served as research assistant to Prof. Bradley A. Smith, whom President Clinton appointed to the Federal Election Commission.  Mr. Cash finished law school summa cum laude and ranked third in his class.

Before coming to Levin Papantonio, Mr. Cash served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. U.S. District Judge M. Casey Rodgers in Pensacola.

Mr. Cash is licensed to practice law in Ohio and is taking the July 2009 Florida bar examination.  He also is an accomplished software architect and designer and holds professional certifications in that field.
