Practice

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dritz completed a clerkship with the Honorable Adlai S. Hardin, Jr. of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. While in law school, she was a summer associate with a New York firm, where she drafted and filed various legal documents, including memoranda in support of motions for discovery and summary judgment and researched issues of insurance and commercial law. As an intern with the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, Ms. Dritz participated in case investigations with Assistant US Attorneys and FBI agents, as well as wrote arrest warrants, indictments, motions, responses and applications for wire taps on behalf of the government. She also held an internship with the Honorable Alan LeVine at Queens County Supreme Court.

Ms. Dritz is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers' Association and the New York State Bar Association.
