Practice

Ms. Spangenberg’s practice consists of representing institutional and individual clients in criminal matters, government and internal investigations, and civil litigation. Ms. Spangenberg has particular expertise in matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

On a pro bono basis, Ms. Spangenberg has represented victims of domestic violence in seeking Civil Protective Orders in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
