Practice

Mr. Corbin's practice has included work on an initial public offering in the biotechnology field. He has also assisted in negotiating various derivatives trading agreements between institutional investors and their broker-dealer counterparties.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Corbin worked at the National Children’s and Youth Law Center in Sydney, Australia, where he provided pro bono legal assistance to minors on matters including family and domestic relations, harassment, and defamation.

During law school, Mr. Corbin completed an internship in the Division of Enforcement at the New York Stock Exchange, where he focused on disciplinary action taken against member firms and individual brokers charged with violating Exchange regulatory policies. He also investigated financial misconduct including matters relating to investment suitability, mismanagement of mutual funds, and allegations of financial fraud.

Prior to law school, Mr. Corbin worked in the Executive Compensation group at Towers Perrin, an international consulting firm.
