Practice

Ms. Bamgboye represents hedge funds and other institutional investors in the negotiation of various derivatives trading and account agreements with their broker-dealer counterparties, including prime brokerage, ISDA, master repurchase and securities lending agreements and term commitments.

Prior to joining the investment management group, Ms. Bamgboye had a securities practice with a focus on enforcement proceedings and internal investigations.

While in law school, Ms. Bamgboye clerked with the Public Defender Service in Washington DC, where she worked on issues affecting prior offenders and the civil consequences of criminal convictions.   

Community Involvement

Ms. Bamgboye is a mentor for the Sponsors for Education Opportunity Scholars Program, which assists more than 400 high school and college students of color each year by offering a comprehensive roadmap to competitive college admissions and career success.
