G. Todd Houck is engaged in the general practice of law and has represented individuals at all levels in our Court System from our local Courts to the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Houck's 20 years of litigation experience includes his tenure as the Prosecuting Attorney of Wyoming County, West Virginia from 1998 - 2008. Mr. Houck has had the privilege of handling a variety of cases including motor vehicle and industrial accidents, criminal defense, wills and estates, real estate closings, family law, adoptions and complex business litigation. Mr. Houck has also devoted much of his practice to representing disabled workers in social security disability claims and federal black lung actions.  Mr. Houck successfully represented a coal miner's widow in a federal black lung survivor's case before the U.
