Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, she assisted Kathryn Williams, P.A. for several years with legal writing and research while completing a legal clerkship with the North Carolina Institute for Constitutional Law and serving as Executive Director of a local charity. She has completed legal internships with the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina and the Wake County (NC) District Attorney's Office.
