Latonya practices Domestic Law including Adoptions, Divorces, Child Custody, Child Support and Child Visitation issues. As a former judicial law clerk for Eighth Circuit Court, she has had the unique opportunity of experiencing the inner workings of the  judicial process. She has been able to translate this experience into effective advocacy and successful litigation.

Latonya Todd is a Native Memphian who moved to Nashville after law school to work as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Carol Soloman Judge of the Eighth Circuit Court.  Upon completing her clerkship, she joined a boutique law firm as litigation attorney where she practiced Family Law, Probate and Criminal Law.

Desirous of change, not only professionally, but for the Nashville legal community, she began the Law Office of Latonya Todd. Latonya brings a wealth of diverse experience to her practice from her early experiences as a junior executive in the music industry in Los Angeles to her days as an educator in Malawi, Africa with the United States Peace Corps. These polar opposite experiences influenced Latonya's ability to work with a people in any walk of life and develop techniques to help meet people where they are. Latonya's practice is people centered. Her goal is to help the whole person repair and rebuild his or her new life with the best legal assistance to usher you through the process.
