Prior to joining Kundra & Associates, Ms. Bravi was an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft where she focused primarily on tax and ERISA matters relating to a variety of structured finance and capital markets products. Ms. Bravi obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and her Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Ms. Bravi is a member of the New York State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
