Richard Anyamene's practice covers a full range of U.K. property-related areas. He deals with strategic property management for commercial and institutional landlords and tenants and advises on interests concerning freehold and leasehold land, development agreements, commercial contractual disputes, and insolvency-related matters. He also has experience in professional negligence.

Richard deals with contentious and potentially contentious real estate issues. He has acted for Threadneedle Property Investments Limited (Zurich Assurance and Eagle Star funds), Telefónica O2 UK, Marriott Hotels, St James Homes, Legal & General, Scottish & Newcastle, and Regent Inns as well as numerous property developers, local authorities, and high net worth individuals. He has managed cases at all court levels in England and Wales and recently represented a successful party in the Court of Appeal in a case concerning lease surrender/forfeiture.

Richard sits on the Law Reform Sub-Committee of the Property Litigation Association (PLA) and is invited regularly to speak at professional conferences.
